Thoughts become Things

Good Evening, today was another wonderful day, did you breath that air, wasn't it fantastic?

I tend to think a lot, more than most, and I don't mean superficially, you know like what's for dinner? Where did I park my car? Those are routine things we don't really use our power of thought for those are the automatic things we(don't) think about that just happen.

I say this to point out the not so obvious, and to bewilder your mind. We are actually thinking all of the time. Most think on the conscious level with or without awareness. We all think on the subconscious level and most without awareness. One of the main keys to success in life is to begin to be aware of your thoughts in every moment.

What are you thinking about right now? Stop and really observe how you feel. What's really on your mind? This is an exercise you can do for 30 days. Make it your intention that for 15 minutes out of every hour you are going to stop and observe how you feel and what you are actually thinking.

The power in this is to start to focus your mind. We want to do this to start to attain the success in life that we are seeking. I have read that the things that you seek are causing you to seek them.
We need to know what we are thinking because we are at every moment creating the experiences that we have called life. Shakespeare said it best"All the World's a stage and all the men and women merely players; they have their exits and their entrances and one man in his time plays many parts.

One of the major keys to success in life is that we absolutely become what we think about most of the time. To have the success and the joy that comes with that is to think about what we want and to think about it most of the time. Definitely when it appears that we have lost or our particular challenge of the day is facing us, we need to focus and ask what do I want the outcome to be for this situation? The more passionate we are about our intended outcome the faster it is upon us. The majority of people focus unaware on the outcome that they do not want and are really surprised when they get it.

Dr. Wayne Dyer said" If you change the way you look at things the things you look at change."
