Life is in the Now

Good afternoon, This is such a great time in the right now moment of our experience.  I adore this very moment, all is always well.  We need only enjoy it for whatever it is.

Life is a joyous journey.  We have a tendency to want to move through where we are to get to something else, kinda waiting for the other shoe to drop.  All we need to do is recognize that where we are is exactly where we are choosing to be.  It is our life, now this very moment.  It is good, not perfect, but good.  If we can allow our right now experience to be fully felt or observed by us we are living in the moment.  The rising of the sun signals the new day and it is so beautiful.  Never mind what has been left undone or unsaid live that moment.  I love the kiss of the sun on my face.  I even appreciate it's relentless heat.

Go more with the flow, it does not matter what others think about what you are doing, this is our life to experience whatever we choose.  Intentionally have more fun, none of us is getting out of this life alive, so live now.  We have no way of knowing if this is the last moment we have we just don't yet we continue doing the things that make others happy, so we think, they really don't care they only think you do something to make them happy.  Who is in charge of their happiness when you die??????

When we live our life, now where ever we are we are more joyous, more loving and more aware of the good that exist in our universe at all times.  There is no getting it wrong, we can never get it all done, so just do something that brings you joy, we always get what we expect, so if we turn our expectations to abundance of everything, money, love, peace, happiness and more this will be our experience,it is the law of the universe.  Like is attracted to like.  I experience so much of everything from moment to moment and I love it.   Practice appreciation of things that are your experience now.  I posted to my twitter last week for my followers, make a happy list, 50 things that make you happy,  exclude nothing no one is judging your list just allow yourself to feel as you create the list.  My list begins .....1.me 2.breath 3. We are on a journey that is of our own making we only need to be aware more often of how we feel in the moment that we are being.
